About us

Barnham Broom Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School was founded by the Church of England in 1841.

From its origins, Barnham Broom C of E VA Primary School has grown greatly. The school has expanded from the original school building pictured above (which is now our school hall) to accommodating five classes. We have two classes in which the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) are taught, and three classes for our Key Stage 2 children (Years 3, 4, 5 and Year 6).

We are located about 8 miles west of Norwich, off the Watton Road. The school can be found along the main road through the village and approximately 2 miles from the Barnham Broom Golf and Country Club.

We continue to maintain very close links with the local church, the village and the Diocese of Norwich.
