Happy Days Staff

OUR STAFF

The most important people as far as your children are concerned are our staff, who are all dedicated and caring, with a wealth of experience. New members of staff receive induction training during their first week of employment, which includes our Health and Safety, Confidentiality, Equality and Safeguarding Children policies and procedures. Our aim is to have all members of staff qualified in Paediatric First Aid and basic Safeguarding Children (which includes Child Protection).


Our current staff and their qualifications are as follows:

MANAGER

SAFEGUARDING LEAD PRACTITIONER (SLP)


Level 5 (Foundation Degree) Early Years, Safeguarding Lead Practitioner, Safeguarding (Child Protection), Paediatric First Aid, Setting SENCo, Food Hygiene, Speech and language Training, 6+ years experience.  



MEL POPE

PRESCHOOL ASSISTANT
ASSISTANT SAFEGUARDING LEAD PRACTITIONER

Early Years Practitioner, NNEB diploma in nursery nursing, Paediatric first aid, CACHE specialist teacher assistant award, NSCB Safer programme and Practice: Effective Teaching and Learning in the EYFS.




CHRISTINA PAVLOU

DEPUTY MANAGER



Masters in Education, Qualified Teacher Status (12 years teaching experience), a Degree was in Childhood Studies, S
afeguarding, Health & Safely, Fire Safety and Behaviour Management.
